Luxuries continue throughout this incredible suite and include a premium 55” 4K TV, electric blinds, full climate control, mini fridge, LED lighting, and premium ergonomic chairs.
Unique tenant branding/welcome can also be added above both entrance doors which can be illuminated to suit tenant preference.
The Bentley is the largest, most private, and most prestigious office space at The Nexus and is available on 1 – 10-year fixed term and fixed cost agreement ensuring zero tenancy risk to any inflationary issues arising during the fixed period.

“Working at The Nexus is just fantastic, and the facilities are excellent. From the initial enquiry through to our moving in day and beyond, the Landlord Richard could not do enough to assist us. We are settling in now and enjoying the massive benefits of working in this modern, clean, fresh, and well-appointed building. Mary, the fantastic cleaner, must get a mention here as she keeps everything sparkling and is so kind and helpful. The kitchen and coffee facilities are great (very important!) and the meeting pods and larger meeting room give us the options we need when the open plan office gets busy! There is also a great gym (indoor and outdoor), showers and even table tennis!
The wider community here is great - sharing car parking spaces when needed and taking in parcels etc. We are looking forward to getting to know everyone more over the coming months.
