From the North (Heading Southbound on A12)

Exit the A12 via the slip road known as Blue Barns Junction onto Old Ipswich Road just North of A12 main junction 29. Turn immediately right and travel 150m to find the entrance of Systematic Business Park on your left. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.

From the South (Heading Northbound on A12)

Exit the A12 via the slip road at Junction 29, also known as the Ardleigh Crown Interchange. Take the left slip road for Colchester A1232 to the roundabout, at the roundabout initially take the 2 no Exit for A120 but keep left and take the immediate left turn onto Old Ipswich Road. At the T junction, turn right and continue for approximately 1km until you find Systematic Business Park on your right. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.

From the East (Heading Westbound on the A120)

Exit the A120 via the slip road at Junction 29, also known as the Ardleigh Crown Interchange. Take the 4th Exit for A120 but keep left and take the immediate left turn onto Old Ipswich Road. At the T junction, turn right and continue for approximately 1km until you find Systematic Business Park on your right. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.

Excellent office facilities. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Very helpful landlord and good community with the other residents. Great gym (indoor and outdoor), showers, fancy coffee. There's even ping pong!Highly recommended.

We really are grateful that we found this space to work from for our business. We have rented two other spaces in Colchester and this is by far the best. Richard is always about to help, to make our business run that little bit smoother and he can not do enough to help you. The facilities are excellent and Richard really does care about all the small businesses within this building. Everything is included, the gym, teas and coffees, we even have a table tennis bit outside to do team building with. We cannot wait for the summer. Thank you and we are glad we found you.

Such a wonderful office space, with friendly tenants, amazing coffee and a beautiful gym space! At the Nexus they have amazing meeting facilities, including a full board room and meeting pods. Richard the Owner is so hospitable and really couldn't do enough for the tenants and their visitors - he regularly offers my guests a coffee! Highly recommend, great atmosphere!

I would like to leave a 5 star review for The Nexus as it's the best serviced offices I've ever worked at.The attention to detail throughout the building is exceptional. I love the design of the offices and communal places. Everything is kept sparkling clean and any issues the landlord is always eager to help.There's also a gym available to use 24/7 which I love using during my break.Can't recommend these offices enough, really pleasant to come to work here!

At the start of the year myself and our director discussed various ways to expand and strengthen our Norfolk based operations in Essex, London, Hertforshire and Kent to name a few.One of those suggestions was to find an office space in the Essex region for myself to work from and bring in new employees to the company Essex based to help the expansion.I searched and discussed with various other office spaces but Nexus was the one and only office I visited. 5* STUNNING place to work!From the moment myself and my Manager visited the Nexus Offices for our first tour it felt like it was meant to be our new office HOME! 🏡Richard our landlord is super friendly and has been very welcoming and accommodating to our every needs. 🫶The Nexus Offices offer a very much lifestyle working environment with an excellent Coffee Machine, On-site Technogym and Shower Facilities. We made a decision that the time had come to have an office so we could centralise everything, We are now employing a customer Service manger, and an Office Manager, We looked at some on line and Nexus was the 1st one we went to see. To say it was an easy process is an under statement, Highly recommend these facility's for your business. Not only did Richard do me a brilliant deal, Nothing is ever too much trouble, The FREE COFFEE, WATER & GYM was an added bonus. We signed there and then and haven't looked back, With various size meeting rooms to book out when needed, makes the process for recruiting that much easier. I have just taken up offices at The Nexus for my surveying business and I have been extremely impressed with it and Richard Triolo, my new Landlord! Richard has bent over backwards to make my move happen, going over & beyond in every respect. I looked at many potential offices in the North Essex area and The Nexus cannot be beaten imo. Excellent facilities, allowing me to greet my valued clients, a safe and very secure environment and many features such as wet rooms and a high-tech gym...the list goes on. I am very happy and very happy to have now agreed a long-term lease.

We have just started a new lease with Richard @ The Nexus, Colchester. We were smitten when we first came to view the office and knew we wanted this to be our new Colchester base. I've worked at The Nexus since June and have been nothing but impressed with the facilities. The office location is excellent in terms of connections from the surrounding towns. My office is modern and beautifully decorated, as are the meeting pods and this gives a great impression for client appointments. On top of this there's a topnotch coffee machine and even a gym. Highly recommended!

We've been at the Nexus now since May 2023. We've already moved office to the new 'West Wing' which was recently developed so we could have more space.We've been really pleased with our time here so far. The nature of the 'all inclusive' package is what appealed to us most. For our monthly payment, which is more competitive than most solutions locally, we get parking, hot and cold drinks, a fridge (which is refreshed nightly), the gym, meeting rooms and a very flexible Landlord who has a keen eye for detail and has created a really creative and refreshing space to work.We'd recommend the Nexus to any local businesses looking for a great place to operate from.

Richard the landlord is flexible and really can't do enough for his tenants. What a great place to be! I love my office space at The Nexus - the facilities are fabulous with additional meeting pods, refreshments and an onsite gym. What more could you ask for! The nexus is such a beautiful space!The moment you walk through the front door you are greeted by a living wall! Its so cool!The suites and offices are all very elegant, modern and well designed.The coffee machine in the communal space is also very popular! Excellently equipped serviced offices. Some of the suites are really funk and bespoke. Excellent communal features, including wet room and GYM. Access is also fabulous, no need to get stuck in the traffic in the city center or Severalls. It has excellent access onto the A12 in both directions.

With Ultra-Fast Full Fibre broadband, Nexus is a modern workplace solution. The offices are fully furnished and serviced. Also have meeting Pods and a health and well being facility. With 24/7 access they provide a great location for start-ups or small business. Highly recommended.

I had a tour of the Nexus with a view to offering Massage there, and was so impressed with everything about it. Each office is so unique and state of the art and the attention to detail is amazing, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the furnishing. The living wall brings the outdoors inside which adds a really relaxing vibe to the offices, the gym has the best standard of equipment and very importantly the coffee is amazing! If I worked in an office this is exactly the kind of place I'd like to be. Plus its next to the A12 which is ideal.

The offices are smart, clean and the facilities are just great. It boasts some really nice features (Wet rooms, meeting pods - which are ideal for a quick and private meeting space, Gym equipment is top notch, brilliant Wi-Fi speeds and the coffee machine is amazing!).There is ample secure parking and access to the local town (soon to be City!) and other amenities are really easy. I would highly recommend The Nexus to small, medium or large businesses, it stands head and shoulders above similar serviced offices in the area.
