From the North (Heading Southbound on A12)
Exit the A12 via the slip road known as Blue Barns Junction onto Old Ipswich Road just North of A12 main junction 29. Turn immediately right and travel 150m to find the entrance of Systematic Business Park on your left. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.
From the South (Heading Northbound on A12)
Exit the A12 via the slip road at Junction 29, also known as the Ardleigh Crown Interchange. Take the left slip road for Colchester A1232 to the roundabout, at the roundabout initially take the 2 no Exit for A120 but keep left and take the immediate left turn onto Old Ipswich Road. At the T junction, turn right and continue for approximately 1km until you find Systematic Business Park on your right. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.
From the East (Heading Westbound on the A120)
Exit the A120 via the slip road at Junction 29, also known as the Ardleigh Crown Interchange. Take the 4th Exit for A120 but keep left and take the immediate left turn onto Old Ipswich Road. At the T junction, turn right and continue for approximately 1km until you find Systematic Business Park on your right. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.

“Working at The Nexus is just fantastic, and the facilities are excellent. From the initial enquiry through to our moving in day and beyond, the Landlord Richard could not do enough to assist us. We are settling in now and enjoying the massive benefits of working in this modern, clean, fresh, and well-appointed building. Mary, the fantastic cleaner, must get a mention here as she keeps everything sparkling and is so kind and helpful. The kitchen and coffee facilities are great (very important!) and the meeting pods and larger meeting room give us the options we need when the open plan office gets busy! There is also a great gym (indoor and outdoor), showers and even table tennis!
The wider community here is great - sharing car parking spaces when needed and taking in parcels etc. We are looking forward to getting to know everyone more over the coming months.
If you're looking for a shared office space that stands out from the rest, look at The Nexus - I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
