Exit the A12 via the slip road known as Blue Barns Junction onto Old Ipswich Road just North of A12 main junction 29. Turn immediately right and travel 150m to find the entrance of Systematic Business Park on your left. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.
From the South (Heading Northbound on A12)
Exit the A12 via the slip road at Junction 29, also known as the Ardleigh Crown Interchange. Take the left slip road for Colchester A1232 to the roundabout, at the roundabout initially take the 2 no Exit for A120 but keep left and take the immediate left turn onto Old Ipswich Road. At the T junction, turn right and continue for approximately 1km until you find Systematic Business Park on your right. Once you have entered keep left and The Nexus office building can also be found on your left.
From the East (Heading Westbound on the A120)
Exit the A120 via the slip road at Junction 29, also known as the Ardleigh Crown Interchange. Take the 4th Exit for A120 but keep left and take the immediate left turn onto Old Ipswich Road. At the T junction, turn right and continue for approximately 1km until you find Systematic Business Park on your right. Working at The Nexus is just fantastic. From the initial enquiry through to our moving in day and beyond, the Landlord Richard could not do enough to assist us. We are settling in now and enjoying the massive benefits of working in this modern, clean and well-appointed building. Mary, the fantastic cleaner, must get a mention here as she keeps everything sparkling and is so kind and helpful. The kitchen and coffee facilities are great (very important!) and the meeting pods and larger meeting room give us the options we need when the open plan office gets busy! The wider community here is great - sharing car parking spaces when needed and taking in parcels etc. We are looking forward to getting to know everyone more over the coming months.If you're looking for a shared office space that stands out from the rest, look at The Nexus - I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We really are grateful that we found this space to work from for our business. We have rented two other spaces in Colchester and this is by far the best. Richard is always about to help, to make our business run that little bit smoother and he can not do enough to help you. The facilities are excellent and Richard really does care about all the small businesses within this building. Such a wonderful office space, with friendly tenants, amazing coffee and a beautiful gym space! At the Nexus they have amazing meeting facilities, including a full board room and meeting pods. I've worked at The Nexus since June and have been nothing but impressed with the facilities. The office location is excellent in terms of connections from the surrounding towns. My office is modern and beautifully decorated, as are the meeting pods and this gives a great impression for client appointments. On top of this there's a topnotch coffee machine and even a gym. We've been at the Nexus now since May 2023. We've already moved office to the new 'West Wing' which was recently developed so we could have more space.We've been really pleased with our time here so far. The nature of the 'all inclusive' package is what appealed to us most. For our monthly payment, which is more competitive than most solutions locally, we get parking, hot and cold drinks, a fridge (which is refreshed nightly), the gym, meeting rooms and a very flexible Landlord who has a keen eye for detail and has created a really creative and refreshing space to work.We'd recommend the Nexus to any local businesses looking for a great place to operate from.

Excellent well cared for office space. Richard is very welcoming and accommodating and has provided us with good quality furniture for our office. It's a huge bonus too to have a great coffee and a gym provided and the shared meeting pods are very useful.

Excellently equipped serviced offices. Some of the suites are really funk and bespoke. Excellent communal features, including wet room and GYM. Access is also fabulous, no need to get stuck in the traffic in the city center or Severalls. It has excellent access onto the A12 in both directions.
With Ultra-Fast Full Fibre broadband, Nexus is a modern workplace solution. The offices are fully furnished and serviced. Also have meeting Pods and a health and well being facility. With 24/7 access they provide a great location for start-ups or small business. Highly recommended.
I had a tour of the Nexus with a view to offering Massage there, and was so impressed with everything about it. Each office is so unique and state of the art and the attention to detail is amazing, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the furnishing. The living wall brings the outdoors inside which adds a really relaxing vibe to the offices, the gym has the best standard of equipment and very importantly the coffee is amazing! If I worked in an office this is exactly the kind of place I'd like to be. Plus its next to the A12 which is ideal.
The offices are smart, clean and the facilities are just great. It boasts some really nice features (Wet rooms, meeting pods - which are ideal for a quick and private meeting space, Gym equipment is top notch, brilliant Wi-Fi speeds and the coffee machine is amazing!).There is ample secure parking and access to the local town (soon to be City!) and other amenities are really easy. I would highly recommend The Nexus to small, medium or large businesses, it stands head and shoulders above similar serviced offices in the area.
